We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, but unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges other than in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to, product dissatisfaction, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size or color. We also do not accept exchanges for any reason.
We take great care to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality and meet our strict standards before they are shipped. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
